When to Sign Up for the PANCE

How early should I sign up for the PANCE? I graduate in May and promise to accept it within a month of graduation. To meet any of the available time slots to sit for the PANCE, one needs to pay for information technology starting time. I am trying to figure out whether I tin wait a few more than months (once educatee loans are dispersed once more) to sign upward or should I do it now? I don't want seats to fill up.
